Mary Lou Lindholm is founder and president of Lindholm & Associates, a management consulting firm providing a wide spectrum of consultation, strategies, tools and services for improving organizational and human performance. Her firm draws on her more than 30 years of providing innovative and creative solutions to organizational, technological and human resource management issues in the public sector. She serves as a consultant, lecturer and service-provider to both public and private sector clients, as well as acting as a senior consultant for the National Academy of Public Administration.

Kenneth Hunter is a Senior Consultant with the National Academy of Public Administration.  Mr. Hunter served as the Deputy Director of NAPA's Center for Human Resources Management.  Prior to joining NAPA, Mr. Hunter worked for a large software firm engaged in business development activities.  Mr. Hunter also served in a variety of senior positions such as Director of Personnel for the Federal Trade Commission, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Personnel and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Passport Services for the United States Department of State. He also served on the Board of Directors, Worldwide Assurance for Employees of Public Agencies from 1991 to 1999.


 


Donna Gregory has extensive experience in the Federal government and has also worked closely with state governments to develop innovative human resources approaches.  Ms. Gregory is nationally recognized for her efforts to integrate competency-based human resources systems into traditional Federal programs, breaking the mold on recruiting, retention, succession planning, and employee performance management and development.  Ms. Gregory is the former Director of the Office of Personnel Management's Nationwide Examining Policy Office.

 


 


Barbara Reniak brings expertise in identifying the organizational changes needed to support strategic business goals. Formerly one of the Office of Personnel Management's top Organizational Design professionals, Ms. Reniak has expert knowledge and experience in working with government agencies in the review of existing resources and processes and the creation of a foundation for organizational change.  Ms. Reniak's expereince can enable client agencies to attract, acquire and retain a workforce with the competencies required to meet strategic goals.


 


Susan M. Shelton has over 30 years of experience in a variety of agencies, including the U. S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Department of Navy, and the Internal Revenue Service.  In the federal sector, Mrs. Shelton was involved in a wide variety of nationwide employment issues and initiatives, including recruitment, hiring, internal placement, downsizing and workforce planning.  Mrs. Shelton has served both in the field and at the headquarters level, managing a broad range of human resource management programs, including staffing, position classification, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and injury compensation.  Mrs. Shelton holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through SHRM.

Gregory P. Keller has worked in both the Federal government and the private sector.  He served for 12 years in the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and managed several innovative programs involving workforce planning, organizational and staff restructuring, policy development, and strategic management.  Mr. Keller was the Director of OPM's Workforce Restructuring Office and co-chaired a team that developed an award-winning workforce planning solution.  Mr. Keller is the founder and president of Kopler Strategies, Inc.  He has been a Senior Associate with Lindholm & Associates, Inc. since May 2001.

Myra Howze Shiplett served as the Director of the National Academy of Public Administration's Center for Human Resource Management.  She has held a variety of executive level positions in the Federal government including: Assistant Director for Human Resources and Statistics for the Federal Judiciary; Director of Administration for a banking regulatory agency; Director of National Passport Issuance System for the Department of State; Director for Civil Service Reform Efforts in the Office of Personnel Management; and Director of Human Resources with the Federal Trade Commission.


 


Ginger Groeber, Managing Partner of sCimitar Consulting.  Ms. Groeber was formerly the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Civilian Personnel Policy (CPP).  She has over 25 years of Civil Service experience.  She started her career as GS-3 in 1979 and was selected into Senior Executive Service in 1995, where she has provided a full range of personnel advisory and human resources services to the Department of Defense, Department of the Army and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service.  In her last assignment with the government as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (CPP), Ms. Groeber was responsible for the total DoD human resources program affecting over 800,000 appropriated and nonappropriated fund and foreign national employees located in over 90 countries with over 700 different occupations.  Ms. Groeber serves as a consultant, lecturer and service provider to public and private sector clients.
